Government Guaranteed Loans 101 is designed to familiarize real estate professionals with the government-guaranteed mortgage programs available to home buyers. It will cover information about the following types of home loans:
We will discuss the details and benefits of each program, and go over who is best suited for each type of government mortgage program.

Following the course, participants will be able to identify which of these mortgage products will be able to assist their clients with their home purchases, understand the differences between the programs, and be able to articulate the benefits of the specific programs to their clients.
Scot Prehn, a Mortgage Loan Originator at Maple Tree Funding, will be the instructor for this course.
We offer Government Guaranteed Loans 101 a few times per year.
The next session of this continuing education course for realtors will be offered on Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 9am until noon.

The course is free for those who pay GCAR membership dues. For non-members, the course costs $15 per CE credit hour.
