Shane Latza has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. He joined Maple Tree Funding in 2006 as the Business/Financial Analyst, and in 2021, he became the President and CEO. Prior to entering the mortgage industry, he spent five years as the Process Engineer for the Georgia Pacific Corporation. His love of problem solving and unique background as an engineer, as well as his focus on process improvement and finance, have helped Maple Tree Funding grow into the trusted mortgage company that it is today.
Shane has been featured on WGY & iHeartMedia’s “CEOs You Should Know.” He assists clients by educating them about the home loan process, from the pre-qualification letter to the closing table. He loves getting to know clients and sharing the excitement with them as they become official homeowners.
Shane also manages the marketing, advertising, financials, payroll, and company reporting for Maple Tree Funding. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
